He has led and managed large-scale recruitment initiatives in a variety of industries, including but not limited to, Corporate and Field Retail, Fashion, e-Commerce, Technology, Banking, Investment, Engineering, Transportation, Health, Government and Public Sector, and more. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management (BComm).
